Oppboga Bruk AB has been producing cardboard from the mill in Fellingsbro since 1901. Today, the family-owned company manufactures cardboard in two to five layers of varying thickness, from 0.5 to 4 mm. The cardboard is primarily used for signs and packaging.

About the Role

In the role of Machine Operator, you are responsible for the operation and monitoring of one of our production lines. Since we manufacture many different products, the work includes:

• Setting and adjusting machine parameters
• Material replenishment
• Monitoring production and quality
• Resolving minor operational disruptions, independently or together with the maintenance department
• Documenting production in our business system for traceability

The position involves shift work (2-shift, with the possibility of 3-shift).

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is interested in technology and thrives in an industrial environment. You are meticulous, responsible, and have good teamwork skills.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to:

• Have a technical interest and a willingness to learn about machines and processes
• Be meticulous and comfortable handling numbers
• Understand quality and production
• Be patient – it takes time to become truly skilled in the profession
• Have a good sense for details and "touch"

Requirements: Category B driver's license (as public transport is lacking) and high school diploma.

A forklift license is an advantage, but not a requirement.
